Do Not Call & Robocall Complaints Reported to the FTC

Got unwanted call from 877-819-2205?

User Comments

I did not receive a call from this number, but instead received in the mail a postcard purporting to be a "Motor Vehicle Service Notification" advising that I need a vehicle protection update and the urgent need that I immediately contact the toll-free number indicated. Considering that I'm a non-driver and have never had a vehicle I was immediately and simultaneously amused and concerned, given the possibility that some form of ID theft may be in play. I did not and will not contact them, but strongly urge that the FTC or Postal Service (preferably both) look into this.

Rec'd call stating that my car ins was expiring. Oh hello, I have extended warranty on brand new CAR. DO NOT respond or even answer the call. Even rec'd letter from ENDURANCE stating the same. What a bunch of S--THEADS!!!

Do not call them. They will start asking you vague questions about your car as to 'ensure that it's you' and start talking about a $200 something dollar deposit just for calling them. The woman I spoke to started getting rude and tonal when I questioned why I needed to make a deposit immediately. I should have looked them up before calling.

I checked the phone number on the card I received in the mail. From the comments here I will not pursue this and throw away the card.

Endurance sent me a letter stating "that my vehicle's warranty is expiring." And the car warranty price has gone up and I needed to contact them as soon as possible. Believe this is a scam because I bought an 8 year "Toyota Extra Care Vehicle Service Agreement." So there is no way I need to extend my warranty....didn't call them.

I received a letter that says my car warranty cost has increased so they want more money and it was from endurance 2020 vehicle notification department I called them they couldn’t tell me what car I had so I hung up

07/02- I received a letter with very little details concerning my vehicle. When I called it was about my vehicle warrant and how they (Endurance) can offer me a better warranty. Well everyone there is a fast talker, trying to leave no room for you to ask question before representative start talking about payment. A so call manager called Chad Webb ext 4526 was so rude and disrespectful that it took everything in me to keep my cool and receive his information to make a complaint.

"Endurance" is sending letters saying your car's warranty is expiring. I got a letter in May 2019 and a similar letter in September 2018. It is a trick to scare you into giving them money.
