Complaints about Phone Numbers877-776-####

it was a recorded message saying that my natural gas service would be transferred to another location

I just had my #changed and now getting msgs from a mobile #58084 telling me all kinds of amts of $ has been charged on a cc with last 4 digits of 4657. Now I'm getting msgs about transactions being made from "high risk merchants" and to call 877-776-9722 which is Summit Bank in WV.
