I just noticed a charge of $14.95 on my bank statement, By the date I knew I did not purchase anything from Collections recently, Back in December I did make a purchase that was three months ago. I have never heard of this fee before. I called collections and asked what this charge was, I was told it is a fee for discounts ETC! NO WAY BESIDE THE SHIPPING AND TAXES IT RAISES THE PRICE UP SHAME ON YOU COLLECTIONS!
