DANGEROUS! Man calling from India, posing as a DELL customer service agent. Asked for name, address, phone number, email. He kept insisting that I MUST call him back by Friday. And then later in the day I got a call from his "supervisor" that sounded like him and again pressured to contact them and only them. Called back the next day, and a woman, named Mya answered.

Scammer named "Alex" tried to tell me my Dell system wasn't accepting updates. I told him I was busy and would call him back. He gave me (512) 548-7144 as his "callback number". *** Odd thing was that he knew my first and last name. ***
