Complaints about Phone Numbers877-662-####

I received a voicemail from 813-565-2392, initially listed as "restricted" on my caller ID. The caller claimed to offer an extended warranty on automobiles and instructed me to call her business at 877-658-1243.

It's the automated library system.

This call is from Vanguard, the investment company. They called me with their 2-step verification process to log into my account. Google this #, it's Vanguard all over the place, nothing fishy here.
