Complaints about Phone Numbers877-659-####

they said i owed a 10k medical bill from 2009. then she said the original bill was 40k to 50k. she wouldn't give me the lawyer she supposedly represented. kept trying to get me to verify my ss#. when i wouldn't she hung and said we will see you in court but no county information was given. total scam.

Got cold call from this number (Select Readers) claiming to be Discover Magazine, to which I've long subscribed. They claimed I had been incorrectly charged new subscriber's cost. They wanted my credit card number, which I refused to give. I said I was skeptical they were really Discover. They gave me this number, which I verified on the Net was *not* Discover Magazine, but a magazine clearinghouse which has complaints on the Better Business Bureau site.
