They are not a debt collector, scammer, or billing agent. They simply assist in document retrieval of patients, to process medical claims. This is their website http://claimservices.org/home/

Received a call from a woman who claimed she was calling about a claim for my dead husband. She would not give me information about why she was calling other than to give a date that he was in the er. She told me that she was calling to verify that he had another insurance and when I told her that he had medicare and that the other insurance was listed incorrectly, she immediately wanted to have a three way call with medicare. She refused to give any other information. If this is a legimate business, she was pretty sketchy. I called the hospital that he was at and they had no record of using them on my husband's account.
