Keep on getting text from this 877-637-8387. Not sure who they are. Don't know how they got my cell number. I have VSO to handle my claim. The number is from TX. I personally think this is a spam.
Call from 877-637-8387, real person stating that they are with Veterans Evaluations Services a contracted company through the Veterans Administration. No mail was received from the VA stating this company was contracted so I feel like it is fraud. Gave a reference #
Received call from what I consider a scam call.
October 7, 2020: Called during very early hours of the morning - no credible business or company would call before 8:00 AM. I think it is illegal. This number has called before. They claim affiliation with the VA. The VA says they are not affiliated. The VA also says they have had numerous vets report being harassed by the caller stating they are an evaluation service contracted by the VA. Again, the VA says this is not true...it is not true, people. Apparently it is a scam.
Represented themselves as calling on behalf of the St Petersburg VA. I have an attorney representing me that they did not want to reach out to, plus the VA typically communicates via mail. Asked for my personal info. Super shady.
