this is a scam. they call me almost daily, better block the number

Call saying they are Citibank, asking for last 4 digits of your credit card, knew it was a scam when they said they have an office in Philippines then I asked for supervisor asked them where she was and she said Southwest Arizona then corrected herself with Southeast Arizona.
