Got a light yellow piece of paper in the mail, no envelope or company name. It says "MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICE NOTIFICATION" It then states the following: Dear (my name), Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle protection activated. This notice is to inform you that your (my car) is in need a vehicle protection in order to ensure its continued safe operation. Please call us today at 1-877-586-0450. By neglecting to activate your protection program you will be responsible for paying all repairs out of pocket." It then lists their "hours" below that. Those being: Monday thru Friday 7AM - 7PM CST Saturday 9AM - 2PM CST It then next to the hours requests immediate response. Yeah no. On the other side of this lovely, piss yellow paper, are: the dates of notification and expiration, the phone number, and a record id (152DP11520). Below that is who it is too and their address. I preceded to search for all I could find about this number, as I do with any phone number than comes my way. Very bad reviews, scores, and history.
Got a call and was told about a 6 yr. warranty on major car issues, Quoted $199.00 initially, $189.00 within 30 days. When the sale was about to be made, he added $189.99 for the next 18 months. Scamming big time.
