They called me today and they had all my information from one credit shop the lady name was Vanecia Davis. She told me that I have to pay 2445.00 or they going to send me to court..
I will have to disagree. I was sent to court in reference to a balance owed after not complying with arbitrator David Stein. Instead of settling out of court i am now on a payment plan for the full balance plus attorney fees. I also lost a day of work to attend court. All could have been settled for $876 now i owe $1,948.19. I tried to speak with David to resolve but it was to late
They called the company where I used to work asking about me telling them that there i have a law suit pending. They left case number. It is a scam. I received previously two calls from different numbers (2813744711 and 3863138988) saying that 10 years ago I opened a credit card (no true) and need to pay off $12,000. Otherwise, the bank will sue me.
This person keeps calling and leaving a number never identifies herself but says to call back and leaves a file number
