Complaints about Phone Numbers877-462-####

This was a call from Frontier Communications in Florida asking me to pay a bill for my cell phone. My cell phone is not connected to Frontier in any way. Frontier Communications Billing department cannot explain why I received this call.

Introduces themselves as calling "in behalf Frontier Communications with time-sensitive information that needs to be addressed." The Caller Id number displayed as 800-921-8101 which is Frontier's Customer Service number, but the number they want you to call back on is 877-462-8121. They are misrepresenting themselves in an apparent attempt to gather information about our Frontier account. We have a real Frontier representative who is dedicated to our account so this is an obvious scam.
