Im very unsure. I personally think its a scam and would never give them money over the phone. I have been getting actual people. But they arent very proffessional. Hung up on me twice because i said i think they do not really work for comcast.

calls and says they are Comcast and to avoid service interruption I need to pay... logged in to my account and no current payment required. called sounded legit as they had my cell and asked for me by name.. they also knew how much I pay a month
