Call received at 11:48 on 2/17/2022. I did not answer because I receive multiple calls each day from 800 service numbers and the caller never leaves a message. I block numbers and 5 minutes later there is a call from another similar number. I am sick of these calls...I have received as many as 12 in one day, 5 - 30 minutes apart. No message is ever left.

I keep getting this call which comes in as Home Depot. I answered it a couple of times because I was dealing with their services. Every time I answer it, no one speaks on the other end, then it hangs up.

Called for Brother Printer Support. They called me back. They accessed my computer with a "TRIAL VERSION" of LogMeIn Rescue. This can be obtained by anyone with an email address for a computer that has never had it installed previously. They accessed my computer and ultimately told me I needed to take the printer to a authorized brother repair shop. Time spent in my computer was approx. 20 minutes and all support information offered from them was readily available online and had already been tried. They are obviously not authorized for providing support for this device. I was subsequently able to get the number for Brother Support (from an authorized service center) who walked me through uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it and resolved my issue with no need to access my computer remotely. IMHO this number is unsafe and very likely used for identity theft, as, LogMeIn Rescue has tools that would make it possible and quick. I had to reformat my machine to be certain that no malicious software was installed while they were in my machine.

Keeps calling for Michael Schnepple. informed verbally more than once this,is not me and I habe no affiliation with this,person

They keep calling at late hours and weekends. Really annoying
