Complaints about Phone Numbers877-241-####

Received several actual telephone calls plus printed material via UPS.

I was called multiple times even after agreeing to participate in this. They presented it as a new gov't program to obtain Debt Forgiveness on any student loan. Also that it would repair and or increase my credit score and it turned out to be the same debt consolidation that the Student loan servicer does for free.

Very official voice mail stating that they are the arbitration department and I must call them. I called and told arbitration department called me and put me on hold to transfer. Complete scam
