Called and left message stating if BLANK didn't return the call on case number BLANK that they would go ahead with court proceedings in federal court. I called the number back and a lady named Ashley Moore handled the call and wanted a credit or debt card number, exp date and 3 digit security code from back of card and they would start deducting 20$ payments 1/3/2018. Total SCAM!!!!

Just got a call from this number. Said a payment hadnt gone through and he was starting court proceedings. Never mentioned my name, and when voice tried to give me file reference number it was blank (silent). I have good credit and im always up on my stuff so i thought it sounded weird. Looked it up and found out its a number lots of people have been reporting. Glad i didnt panic and looked it up. I will be blocking this number.

was called by this number today, they threatened lawsuit for a payday loan. 1. it was not me. 2. I had never heard of the company 3. the bank account they named was not mine. 4. They had my old address and my parents names. 5. I told the representative that this is blatant fraud and she said "well, you will be receiving subpoena documents and hung up.

I’ve several calls from this number all of the messages are the same. He states my payment didn’t go through so now their going to start court proceedings and I need to call them. None of these messages said my name or the file number so I blocked them

Caller left message threatening legal action but name of person they wanted was blank. Ok yeah, right.

THIS is fraud, dont bite

They called me this morning saying I need to contact them about a legal matter they give no name, don't mention my name are case number sounds like a machine is calling me but gives no good reason why
