I've had 3 calls and they say they need to talk to me about and to please call them back. They leave messages on my voicemail. Glad I checked here and I figured it was scammers.

I’ve been receiving same calls - different people, all vague I blocked the number so I don’t have to constantly be hassled everyday. They NEVER leave a name or what company they’re from. I was scammed last year to the point I had almost changed my number but AT&T were able to block the callers. And they did exactly what you said, recorded my voice because it accidentally saved to my voicemail. The hackers called me every two minutes - as I’m trying to work. I also had a GM lease over a year ago and it traded it in and everything was handled. If this is GM they need to be reported for harassment.

Receiving 2 calls a day now all week. They leave messages ,different ppl each time. Seems legit only im paid in full on lease+ returned months ago. I've done several leases and never any calls like this without any bill in the mail ???? blocked ???? them and never spoke. These new age scams record your voice so be careful everyone!!

I used to have a GMC lease so I actually thought this was legit. Continuously get calls with ID “GM Financial” however they leave a vague message to return the call, when I did call back they asked for my account number which I didn’t have on hand or my social security number which I didn’t feel comfortable providing. After numerous messages, an unidentified male/female left a vm to call back with zero info regarding why they’re calling and just hours in which I can call back... BLOCK this number.

Thanks for this info! They have been calling us for a while now and it's obviously a scam because they won't leave a name or why they're calling.

Keeps calling my work phone and will not leave a specific reason for calling different voices call.

Watch OUT for THIS one!!! My caller ID says 877-203-5535 BUT when I tell CenturyLink to block that number it tells me THIS is the REAL number calling! This is a scammer actually calling from 480-347-9267, trying to mock GM Financial to obtain personal information about me. NICE TRY!!!

An unidentified male left vague message at my work number (?) voicemail with my name for me to call this number and only gave days and hours of the week to call back. Did not leave his name, the name of the company, or the purpose of the call. One sided call and vague on that.I have no intention of calling back.

They say they’re from GMAC on my voicemail and when you call them back they want you to verify account number or soc#. Obviously I don’t have an account number because I don’t have a GMAC account. So they must be trying to get people’s social security numbers.
