Received a call and then overheard a muffled conversation occurring between the caller and someone else. When he got back to the phone I asked him why the Hell he thought it was okay to call me and then have me waiting on him. He responded by saying that he was speaking to his agent...
I didn't waste another second and hung up. I don't know what type of spam/scam this was but it was not legit and should not be entertained. I easily Googled the number and found this site.
Caller said they were from Publisher’s Clearinghouse claiming to deliver $2.5 million check to me today. Hi have not entered sweepstakes.

Received a call and then overheard a muffled conversation typical of a boiler room. The male caller asked for my brother, and I told the guy that my brother was deceased. He duly expressed his condolences and asked my relationship to my brother. When I told him, he informed me that he had a 2 million dollar check that my brother had won. My response was "not interested". The guy then hung up. He did not sound like a Jamaican. More mildly Eastern European with somewhat limited vocabulary and syntax.
