Said they were from UPS and that they had sent me an email regarding a package. I just hung up. Dubious at best.
Could be a scam. They called twice; first time call went to message but no message. They called back immediately and left a message (in stilted English) identifying as Mark Brown of Publishers Clearing House and I should call back at 817-612-1841. Said it was "very urgent". My caller ID showed up as "Jamaica call".

I got a call from this number from someone with an obviously coached voice and a script. They said they were from UPS and asked me if I did business with this "Company." I asked them what they were up to and they hung up so fast I would swear it happened before they started.
