Called at 9:51 pm. I did not answer the phone as I have had extensive problems with these particular scammers for a whole year. I am on the DoNotCall Registry which doesn't help, but I have since put NoMoRobo phone app on my landline. It worked up until tonight. There should be some kind of stringent law in place to deter this sort of harassing, fraudulent, scamming call.
