Called 3 times, no message left. I don't answer phone numbers I don't know. They are blocked now.

Identified himself in broken English as "Michael" from Publisher's Clearinghouse, then hung up a few seconds later.
Caller with foreign accent identifying himself as James Macintosh told me my husband had won several million dollars--right!
Received a call from this number telling me that I have won the second prize in the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. I hung up at that point since it is obviously a scam.
I got two call from the same person using two numbers 876-491-7956 and 876-570-8917 I informed him that it was a do not call number, but I think he did not know what that was. something about winning something. I informed him he had just called for another number and I was reporting him and I hung up.
