Calls constantly. If we don't answer the first call he calls again immediately. Caller ID shows J M Kingston. We answered once about 2 years ago - it was some kind of sweepstakes scam. Now he calls about every week or so even though we don't answer. Impossible to block because they just change the phone number by one digit.
Says they are fedex and want your info because they can’t deliver a package. I haven’t ordered anything nor did I send an order
