Complaints about Phone Numbers876-544-####

This person called 3 times and said there was a package that was going to be delivered. He kept calling back screaming on the phone.

Have gotten numerous calls from this number. Last two weeks, subj said he name was "Richard (mumble-mumble). Today, he is now "David Richman". Same scam. I've won $2.5 million, I just have to pay a delivery fee of $499. Have reported this caller to the FTC several times already.
