I received the same false information from a “James Koehler”. He has called me a total if 5 times so far trying me to give him money for the FDIC insurance. I said I mailed the money he asked for to Publishers Clearing House and that has really frustrated him. Perhaps not the best thing to do. I wish these people would be caught.
Yes. I also received a call saying I won Publishers Clearing House 2.5 million, a Mercedes Benz, and 5000.00 a week for life if I pay 250.00 in a gift card for FDIC insurance. I said I had no money so my insirance fee was made smaller. Terrible scam
My grandparents got a call from 876 484 7003, I answered the phone. They're trying to scam.
This person is calling from Jamaica. A real amateur, you can hear other voices in background conducting similar fraudulent contacts. Persistent, and spoofs other phone numbers, at least four in the past two weeks. All numbers appear to originate from North Carolina (876), but this is fake information. Since you will have no success by blocking this callers last used telephone number, you can increase the odds of eliminating this intruder by blocking calls with the specific caller ID, CELL PHONE JM, since this criminal enterprise seems to prefer using that name over and over again..
How these callers call and said your bank account has money missing I wish these get a real job and stop trying to scam people out of money glad my Mom told me before going to Walmart sending them money. And even calls on Sunday morning just hang up immediately.
Scam asking for money to be repaid with extra money later. Swearing and threatening when told not to call back
This person says his name is James Kohler and that he is from publishers clearing house he told me that I won and that I would be receiving 2.5 million dollars and a 2018 mercedes benz with the insurance paid for up to 18 months he also said things about the FDIC and said that I had to pay $1485 today upfront in order for me to receive my prize winnings. I hung the phone up at that point. Do not send any money to this person. Publishers Clearing House (if you are a winner) will not do this, I dont think.

Male caller told me I won a lump sum of $985,000.00 and $7,000 a month for the rest of my living life from Publisher's Clearing house. He asked how I felt about this. I said happy if real and unhappy if a scam. He then asked why I thought this was a scam. My reply, because PC wouldn't be calling to...he hung up before I could finish my sentence.
