His name is Andy Golberg his badge # 198US and his company phone 315-287-3528 He says He is from publishers clearing house PCH and you have won. They list out the three major prizes from publisher clearing house saying you have won all three even the mercedes and lets you choose the color and they go thru this long speech having you right down things. then they get to where they want you to go to walmart to register with the federal merchant bank and that receipt is what you use to claim your prize. this was hilarious how they thought they were being so sneeky. then they give you the name of the person you need to send a wire transfer too.
