Received 3 calls within a few minutes from David Cooper staring he was with Publishers Clearing House and I won money. Explained I was going to hospital to check on Mother emergency, did not have time to talk. I hung up. He immediately phoned back asking if I wanted the money. (I had not signed up with pch, so I knew this was a scam.)told him if was true, pch knew where I lived, and I did NOT have time to deal with his hoax. He hung up.
They call said he was from PCH and the I win money but he wants me to pay 255.00dollars to recibe the price .I know these is a prank call
