Just received a call from this number. It was a male caller with heavy foreign accent claiming to be "David, from Publisher's Clearing House." I told him to put my name on their do not call list and to not call me again. BTW< Publisher's Clearing House does not call people. I checked the box as unsafe, but the system keeps listing it as "safe."
