Chad Miller called twice to get me to pay a portion of taxes on $950,000 winnings with PCH. Inquired as to what bank I bank with. Advised him it didn't matter, just bring the check. Told him I would just pay the taxes when I got the money. He hung up on me the 1st call. 2nd call, I hung up on him. caller id says call from Kingston, Jamaica.
Called three times, quick succession. Finally answered third call - said they were with Publisher's Clearing House. I said, sure you are, and hung up.
