Received a call at 11 pm from this number claiming to be from Publisher's Clearing House stating I won a 2nd place prize after asking if I "pay my bills on time". Very odd. Was a live caller.
Person called saying family member won a prize from Publishers Clearing House. Wanted to come to her house and take her to the bank. Convinced her it was a scam, called the number and told him never to call her again.
