Is 876-345-5654 a scam or spam call?
My 84 year old mother has been scammed for $12,000, started with a phone call saying she has won the lottery, all she has to do is send money to cover the taxes, at first she said no but they were very persistent, finally she sent some money they asked her to open an account at another bank, she did and all her money disappeared. I have the phone number which has been calling her so I called it,a Hispanic sounding man answered, I asked him how he can sleep at night stealing money from elderly people? He asked do you mean ms.xxxx? I said yes, he laughed and hung up. The number is 876-345-5654
