Claimed to be from Publisher's Clearing House - wow, I won 28.8 million dollars and a Mercedes! hahahha There was a child screaming in the background as well as other noise associated with someone calling from a residence. Definitely was not PCH. Definitely a scam...when the child could not be silenced in the background - they hung up on me.
