The call number comes up showing Jamaica and caller has an island accent telling me he's calling from the fcc.

Got a restricted call from someone claiming to be Publisher Clearinghouse. Told me to call 775-346-892 to claim and ask for James Washington, Susan Brown or another generic name. Said he'd call back. Never called his number. He keeps calling. When I stopped answering, he called from the number above.
