Said I won and wanted me to buy a gift card! Sorry, I'm not stupid and won't fall for this crap!
The man called from Jamaica to say that I won $3.5 million dollars and all I needed to do was to buy a gift card for $500 to claim the prize. SCAM!!! Do not fall for it. Hang up and block the number!!
They said they were calling from Publisher's Clearing House in Jamaica, NY to inform me that I had won $3.8M and a new Camaro. They asked me to buy a gift card in the amount of $495 to be given to the individual delivering the prize check.
