James Peterson from PCH said I won 5 million dollars and a mercedes, then said the IRS would tax me $4699.99 and if I could pay that.
I answered the call, and the guy said "Hello, special afternoon, how are you today?". I said "Who are you? I don't know anyone from Jamica." and he promptly hung up the phone.
