A woman that is barely audible when she calls you will use your last name, states that you are a winner of Publisher's Clearinghouse. I asked her to speak up several times and towards the end of the call, I asked her for her call back number. I asked twice, she hung up on me.
This is very obviously a scam call as the real Publisher's Clearing House will give you their phone number and they will gladly give you their phone number without issue.
