These people got me to verify my new address by telling me that my doctor had recommended a topical pain medecine and they were facilitating the transaction. But after I gave them the info, I realized that my doctor had never presecribed any topical medicine for my knees and a call to them verified that. I think they are a medical bill collection agency, not a "facilitator" for topical medicines.
