Voice mail from 866-999-1501 claimed to be from my medical provider, gave a reference number, said urgent to call back. Wisconsin area.
Indian accent? she said very omportant for me to call back immediately and tell rep who answers the reference code she provided me. Stressed how urgent it is for me to call back, but didn't give her name, company name, or subject of call.
