Received phone call on 6/9/21 at 1 PM from (866) 962-0957 from male claiming to be from Anthem Blue Cross. He knew my first and last name. He said for security reasons he needed my Date of Birth. I declined. He was very persistant, kept trying to get my DOB. Told him if it was important to send me any info by mail. Said he couldn't do that. I ended phone call by hanging up as he was still trying to get DOB.
