Scam robo call don't answer.
Robo call asking for some one to call a number well no way should you call them, scam.

I was contacted by a person claiming to be a representative of Radius Global Solutions. (a collection company for Navient/Sallie Mae loans) After speaking with the rep, I asked to have everything in writing. they sent me a letter with the contact number of 866-947-6802. When I called the number, I got a voice recording which never mentioned the company name, only asked me to press 1 to speak with a representative. I looked the company up online and called the legit number. they could not verify my so called reference number which was listed on the letter I received. Long Story Short - SCAM!!
