Who called me from this phone number (866) 936-2856

Phone call representing loan company for Pella Windows. I ordered windows from Pella Rep with a no down/no interest, no payments for 12 months. Did not catch the ladies name but rather rude with wanting to know if windows are now in place. Told her just signed the contract with Pella last week and window order takes 6-8 weeks. She became irate with comment "We understand that!" At this point I ended the conversation & hung-up. Her Attitude was rude and should not be in Customer Service.
