I get a recorded message from these people 2 or 3 times a day. I cannot fully block their phone number, as their calls come into my phone as 'outgoing calls'.

They've called 40 times in 10 days and they won't stop.
Calls 5-10 per day. Never leaving a message. E. Financial is the company selling life insurance. Should be investigated.

Same as everyone else. I receive a call from a local area code, but robocall "Chris" from eFinancial leaves a message asking me to call the 866# for more information. I receive 3-4 call from the number every weekday, and they leave 2-3 messages as well.
