I think they are scamming for old debt. There last name is "Smith" when they leave voicemail and they do not name the agency they are with. They also had a long extension x1161496 which is unheard of for companies to have long extensions.They are looking for someone and they want you to give them there contact information. Most likely to scare family member to pay an old debt that does not exist.
