Who called me from this phone number (866) 890-8154

Received call from a man calling himself, John Downey, who said that he worked for The Brokerage Group in Jew Jersey and wanted me to know that his company had buyers for our timeshares. He sounded credibly informed about the timeshare industry and said that he would send me an emailed appraisal and wanted to know how many points we had. The email never came. I did find a reputable company licensed in a nearby state with a similar name; I contacted that business and they did not know of a John Downey, nor of a business named The Brokerage Group. I suspect that this was at best an information phishing attempt, or at worst a real estate transaction scam.
