If you receive a call this number it is a complete Timeshare Resale Fraud. Pacifica Capital AKA Pacifica Capital Real Estate. Their escrow company is Coast Escrow of Beverly Hills. They will promise you the world and take everything you have. The call you to ask you if you would be interested in selling you Mexican Timeshare. Once they have you under contract they will start forwarding you invoices from the "SAT" in Mexico City. They state that you will be reimbursed by the "buyer" a large corporation. for Customs Clearance Fee, Legal & Recording Fees, Federal Tax, State tax, Insurance Bond fees requested by the "bank". You will receive invoices from what appears to be legitimate Mexican Government Agencies. They are trying to take me for over $35, 000.00. If they contact you report them to the FBI immediately before you loose everything.
