Who called me from this phone number (866) 888-7071

Called twice illegally.

I answered and he said he was the supervisor of the "rewards" department and I was getting (2) 100.00 gift cards. He asked me to verify my address, he stated it but he had part of it wrong. When I said I didn't live at that address he called me a damn liar. I will report this to whomever I need to stop these people. Some please stop all these fraudsters!
