At least 119 consumers from Texas, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, Nevada, and 18 other states reported phone number 866-880-1666 to the Federal Trade Commission. 87% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on May 1, 2019.

scam from some bastards trying to tell you all your microsoft services have ended and you must call to renew, and of course they probably want all your bank info, social security etc, to screw you over dont even call or they can screw you that way.
