Robo call claiming to have a cash offer for property

Got a call of on 866-866-5217 at 9:15am today, 10/02/2021. Female voice talking in a low volume voice, didn't understand the company she said gave was calling for and never asked for the person she was calling for. Call came up as spam risk.

I got a call from 8668660217 only mine was not from student loans it was a DOT renual I don't own a business nor a truck.

Called multiple times a day for weeks and no message
