This is indeed a legitimate number for the Costco Medication Therapy Management Team. I checked with the main Costco Pharmacy customer service. (Your local Costco pharmacy probably won't know anything about it.) In my case, they were just reaching out to make sure individuals on Medicare were keeping up with their medications.
