I got a voicemail from this number individual called Virginia Kelly who said she was calling to discuss payment options for my federal student loan based on recent changes to the policy. Provided a reference number 880 002 and told me to call back at 866 816 5995 however the missed call seemed to come from a local number where my phone is registered.
Same voicemail as everyone else & I have 0 loans. Glad I found this page to know to for sure not call back.

Actual person claims to be Virginia Kelly calling about my federal student loan and provides a reference number. Not real!
Virgina Kelly just called and left a voicemail message that she needs to discuss my student loan. That changes were made and for me to call her back using the reference code # 880002. I have also reported this to my student loan provider. DO NOT RETURN THE CALL!!!!
