Who called me from this phone number (866) 774-1525

This number declared it was from ATT/DIRECTV. Pushed to reduce my rate for TV if I signed up for an ebay credit card and go within a few hours to a local Safeway or Walgreens to pay $600 for ebay card and call in number to them in order to receive a substantial discount. This was a very cleverly orchestrated scam. ATT/DIRECTV would do well to investigate this. I nearly canceled my contract with them.
